PLEASE SEE OUR 14 DAY WARRANTY
All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 14 days.
If your purchase does not match the description or if the item is defective. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved. If 14 days have pass since product delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment 100% guarantee.
For defective or faulty products, please take clear visible photos of the product and videos of the product and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with in the 14 day period and we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation. All other returnable items other than the above mention will be subject to a $55.00 restocking fees
PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are based in North America some of our products are shipped from our fulfillment warehouse in Asia. Shipping directly from our fulfillment warehouse allows us to ensure the best quality control and naturally, the savings are passed onto you our customers.
We are not liable for for deliveries that are affected by Customs, natural occurrences, transfers from courier to your local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delay nor any extra fees, custom or back end charges incurred.
We are not responsible if a package is deliverable because of missing, incomplete,or incorrect shipping information. Please ensure that you have entered the correct shipping details before you check out. If you realized you've made a mistake in your shipping address, kindly email us immediately at email@example.com
Please follow these steps to receive your refund
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive your order within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 business day processing)
- you receive the wrong item
We do not issue refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
*You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message.
Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and undamaged packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
Request your Return by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with detailed reason for return and a clear pictures of the product and a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will receive the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service unless other arrangements have been negotiated with Flawless Skins Co. we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. (You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please make sure you send the item back as a gift as we don't cover custom fees for returns)
Upon the receipt of your package your products will be examined if no damage to product and packaging, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment minus processing fees. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted. GIFT CARDS are non-refundable.
HOWEVER, this cancellation right does not apply in the case o a contract for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health production or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery.
FLAWLESS SKINS Co reserves the right to make changes to the 14-day money back Guarantee Terms and Conditions without notice.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if you received defective or damaged item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale/Promotion items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a $55 cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Flawless Skins Co. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
